    To continue their theme, Raven Jordan, daughter of Redskins running backs coach Randy Jordan, was uprooted before her senior year, planted at Briar Woods High School in Loudoun County, Va., and grew her way to earning a full scholarship at the University at Buffalo to play volleyball.

    Just before being named No. 78 on the NFL’s Top 100 List, linebacker Ryan Kerrigan underwent arthroscopic surgery on his left knee Tuesday, May 19th.

    Kerrigan is coming off of a career-high season with 13.5 sacks and five forced fumbles. He will enter the 2015 season with a total of 38 sacks moving him up in the history books with Brian Orakpo, Monte Coleman and Charles Mann.

    It’s official; as of Tuesday, May 12th all ten of the Redskins 2015 NFL draft selections have signed their contracts.

    Rookie Mini-Camp begins this weekend at Redskins Park, where the facilities are completely closed to veteran players Friday-Sunday. The Rookies will meet the coaches, attend team and position meetings, complete walk-throughs, and take the field for their first practices of the season and first practices as an NFL player.   • Chris Baker Gets Inducted Into Hartford Boys And Girls Club HOF

    Redskins DL Chris Baker otherwise known as "Swaggy" was inducted into The Boys & Girls Clubs of Hartford Hall of Fame on Thursday, April 23. 

    Baker, originally from Windsor, Conn., wrote he was “privileged, blessed and honored” for the induction.     The anticipation is almost over. We knew the NFL schedule was to be posted this week but we weren’t sure about which day. Yesterday, the NFL Network announced on Twitter that the league will release the 2015 NFL schedule Tuesday, April 21, 2015.
