With less than two weeks until training camp, rookies can have a difficult time adjusting to the speed of the NFL. Redskins veteran wide receiver Jamison Crowder can attest to what you have to do to make it in the NFL. As a 4th round draft pick from Duke , Crowder put in the work which resulted in 192 passes caught only missing one game since he was drafted in 2015. He has been pleased with how the rookies have been progressing in a recent interview with redskins.com.
The three-year veteran’s advice to his new teammates is to stay in their playbooks and study up. If they can line up and know what they have to do on the field, they will set themselves above the rest.
We are excited to see these rookies in action as we head down to Richmond. Don’t miss out on your chance to see the team get ready for the season by visiting redskins.com/trainingcamp for your access to practices!
