    The Washington Redskins traveled north to take on the Baltimore Ravens Saturday in Week 3 preseason action, but were unable to secure a victory despite several strong performances, most notably from the first-team defense.

    The Washington Redskins are now 2-0 in the preseason, as they got past the Cleveland Browns 24-23 at FedExField Monday night.

    Just as they did vs. the New England Patriots in Week 1, the Redskins’ first-team defense did not allow a first down in the first quarter. In fact, led by Ryan Kerrigan (two sacks), the defense forced five straight three-and-outs to start the game.
