On Thursday, March 19 , WOW teamed up with WISE (Women in Sports and Events) DC Chapter to host a networking and panel event, “Up Close with the Women Behind the Redskins”. The WOW Leadership Series and WISE Power Play Panel introduced a powerhouse of female executive leaders working for the Washington Redskins.

FedExField will be hosting an international soccer match Saturday, March 28, between 2014 World Cup finalist Argentina and local favorite El Salvador.
The match falls on a "FIFA date" during which club teams must release players to their respective national teams. As a result, Argentina’s full squad is expected to appear in the match, including stars Lionel Messi (FC Barcelona), Sergio Aguero (Manchester City), Carlos Tevez (Juventus) and Javier Mascherano (FC Barcelona).

Calling all Hometown Heroes! To start the New Year, the Redskins have teamed up with Inova for their annual January blood drive, and we need your help.
Blood from donors has helped save over 265,000 lives and in order to meet our community’s needs, blood must be collected every day of the year.
One person, donating blood for one hour, can save up to three lives!
Inova Blood Donor Services is the largest hospital-based blood-collection effort in the nation, and with your help, they can expand this effort even more.
Since its founding as an organization, WOW has always tried its best to provide support for issues which our members find the most important.
From education to breast cancer to supporting our troops, WOW members are always at the forefront of each cause and paving the way for greater future participation.
This Saturday’s game marks the last of our in-season community efforts.
The Washington Redskins Charitable Foundation has arranged for the collection of new, unwrapped toys at the stadium while the Redskins take on the Eagles.

One of the main goals of our Women of Washington organization is to serve our community in any way possible.
This season with the help of our members, we have been able to accomplish activities ranging from helping to create care packages for soldiers, raising money to fight breast cancer, helping feed those less fortunate on Thanksgiving, and many more!

Last year the Washington Redskins Charitable Foundation, Redskins staff and over 500 volunteers assembled and distributed Thanksgiving food baskets to feed more than 3,500 families from Prince George's County.
At this year's event on Tuesday, November 25, the organization hopes to reach even more!
Since its creation in 2003, the Redskins have donated just under 1 million pounds of packaged and fresh food as well as almost 500,000 pounds of turkey to local families in need.

On Friday, November 14th, Redskins Salute and USAA, the official military appreciation sponsor of the Washington Redskins, hosted the team's first military combine at Redskins Park.
Skills were tested and limits were pushed, but in the end the event proved to be a great success and a perfect way to kick-off our #SaluteToService weekend!
