Erik Cook, Nick Sundberg, Byron Westbrook and Will Montgomery attended the Kids Club Holiday Meet and Greet Monday, Dec. 12 at the Glory Days Grill in Broadlands.
Kids Club members were able to get autographs and pictures with the Redskins players. The party also included arts and crafts, food provided by Glory Days Grill and of course, a holiday raffle!

The Washington Redskins Charitable Foundation and the U.S Marine Corps will join forces once again and reach thousands of underserved metro DC children and teens this holiday season through Touchdown for Tots, a national toy drive benefiting the Toys for Tots Foundation.

WOW joined the efforts of more than 400 volunteers to help distribute Thanksgiving food and say thanks to the residents of Prince George’s county, the home of the team’s stadium since 1997.
Redskins owner Daniel M. Snyder, general manager Bruce Allen and Redskins players Oshiomogho Atogwe, Lorenzo Alexander, Josh Wilson, Donte Stallworth, Jabar Gaffney, Niles Paul, Brandyn Thompson, Nick Sundberg, DeJon Gomes and Erik Cook helped hand out Thanksgiving baskets to more than 3,500 residents in need.

Tanya Snyder, NFL spokesperson for Breast Cancer Awareness and wife of Redskins owner Daniel M. Snyder, accepted the American Cancer Society’s Impact Award on behalf of the National Football League Thursday, Nov. 10 for their efforts towards Breast Cancer Awareness.
A breast cancer survivor herself, Mrs. Snyder has been active in several NFL breast cancer awareness initiatives. She teamed up with the Zeta Tau Alpa (ZTA) sorority in 1999 to create a national model for the THINK-PINK!® breast cancer awareness and education campaign throughout the NFL.

Running back Tim Hightower and his mom, Nikkie, had a busy afternoon at Steuart W. Weller Elementary School Tuesday, Nov. 1.
Along with running backs Ryan Torain and Roy Helu and fullback Darrel Young, the Hightowers presented a $10,000 NFL Play 60 grant to the school to go towards health and wellness programming and equipment.
Hightower spoke to the students about the importance of good health. Along with his teammates, he also led the “Ultimate NFL Physical Education Class” as part of the NFL’s Play 60 campaign to help get kids 60 minutes of exercise a day.

Mark your calendars ladies! Lorenzo Alexander's “ACES” Foundation will host its third annual Celebrity Bowling Fundraiser Monday, Nov. 14 at Lucky Strike in Washington, DC!
The event will include a silent auction, bowling, food, and socializing with Redskins players and other local celebrities.
Tickets are $125 and all proceeds will go to the “ACES” Foundation, which provides youth enrichment programs in the greater DC area. The Foundation’s mission is to support youth through emphasizing self-accountability, taking pride in community and striving for educational excellence, while promoting a healthy mind and body through sports.

Redskins tight end Chris Cooley, along with Tanya Snyder and the American Cancer Society, hosted the fourth annual All-Star Survivors Celebration at Redskins Park on Tuesday - treating 20 women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer to locker room tours and quite a bit of pampering. The All-Star Survivors Celebration was started by the Redskins tight end in 2008 after his mother Nancy was diagnosed with breast cancer.
