    Just before being named No. 78 on the NFL’s Top 100 List, linebacker Ryan Kerrigan underwent arthroscopic surgery on his left knee Tuesday, May 19th.

    Kerrigan is coming off of a career-high season with 13.5 sacks and five forced fumbles. He will enter the 2015 season with a total of 38 sacks moving him up in the history books with Brian Orakpo, Monte Coleman and Charles Mann.

    With Memorial Day coming up, it's time to start dusting off the girl and getting ready for some good food, friends and family! Spice up the ordinary burger with this delicious recipe provided by Mid Atlantic Dairy


    - 3 slices smoky bacon

    - 1/2 finely chopped yellow onion

    - 1 pound ground pork

    - 3 tablespoons plus 1/2 cup thick tomato-based barbecue sauce
