Three Reasons Your Resolutions FAIL
We are officially a few weeks in to 2018, meaning that many of us are knee-deep in taking on our resolutions. About 76% of resolutions made in the new year are pertaining to health and fitness goals, and as a health and fitness professional and personal trainer it’s also the time of year that I see gyms bursting at the seams with eager resolution-ers. Amanda Sauer's path to midfield at Ohio Stadium, wearing the white hat as referee of Ohio State's spring football game, started in the stands at a high school north of New York City. Ironically, she complained about a call.
It was late summer in 2011 as Sauer watched a game at a Westchester County high school alongside her husband, Peter. Amanda saw one of the high school players deliver an obvious block in the back, but no flags flew. Rarely one to bite her tongue, Sauer asked aloud: How could they miss that ... Read More

Her favorite Redskins memory was at training camp at the WOW VIP day and she was able to meet Doug Williams and Joe Theismann. It was a cloudy day, but when she met them and got their autograph, the sun came up!

Washington Redskins running back Samaje Perine had an incredible career at Oklahoma where he became the all-time leading rusher in just three seasons, amassing 4,122 rushing yards.
In February, Perine proposed to his longtime girlfriend, Meg, and just like he dazzled throughout his collegiate career, Perine added a little bit of magic.
Perine did need a little help in order for the proposal to go smoothly, so he requested help from a few of his Sooner teamates, other college football standouts and YouTube magician Daniel Fernandez.
During the act, Fernandez wanted to test Perine ... Read More
