Founded in 2001, the DC Divas is D.C.'s own full-contact football team. The team leads the Women’s Football Alliance, the largest women’s football league, in victories, seasons and games played, playoff appearances, and division championships. With a 110-35 overall record, the DC Divas proudly boast the title of National Champions for the 2006 and 2015 seasons. Both of the National Championship wins came during undefeated seasons. There are a few simple adjustments that can be made to your office set up to ensure you are sitting in proper alignment throughout the day.
1. Place your computer screen directly in front of you, about 20-40 inches from your face.

On Saturday, December 5th, the Women of the Washington Redskins hosted Football Camp 2.0 at Redskins Park. WOW members spent their Saturday afternoon showing off their football skills alongside the pros. The event featured special appearances from Redskins players Houston Bates, Darrel Young, and Will Compton.
During the event, the ladies had the opportunity to rotate through three activities with the pros: a flag football game, offensive and defensive drills, and a meal in the Redskins dining room. The holiday season has officially begun, and with it comes the spirit of giving. Earlier this week, six Redskins players took time out of their hectic schedules to help fundraise for an amazing cause.
These Redskins kicked off their holiday season at Open Hearts International’s Charity Christmas Dinner. But they weren’t just there to enjoy a delicious meal, they were there to work!
