- 2(8 ounce) packages softened cream cheese
- 1cup ranch dressing
- 3/4 cup red hot sauce

On June 15, the Washington Redskins announced the addition of Robin West, MD as the new Director of Sports Medicine.

On a beautiful Monday, June 6, over 100 lucky Women of Washington members were able to attend a private WOW OTA (organized team activity) held at Redskins Park in Ashburn, VA.
The WOW members were able to enjoy a complimentary lunch while mingling with WOW Wives and watching the team practice which included everything from warmups to running offense vs. defense drills. Many players stopped by the viewing section after practice to sign autographs and take pictures with the excited WOW members.
