Our next special WOW survivor spotlight features Linda Doyle, 61, a product analyst and grandmother from College Park, Maryland. Doyle is a relatively new fan of the Redskins who became interested in football watching her grandsons play on county teams. Because her grandchildren are avid Redskins fans, she started watching the games with them and was hooked. Her favorite players are RGIII and Santana Moss. Our next special WOW survivor spotlight features Carrie Rollins, 31, an analyst for the Department of Defense and mother of two whose favorite Redskins player is Santana Moss. Rollins, an avid runner, had no family history of breast cancer when she discovered an abnormality in her breast earlier this year and was diagnosed with category 4 DCIS in May.

Football is a sixty-minute game consisting of four 15-minute quarters and on Sunday the Denver Broncos walloped the Washington Redskins in the fourth quarter. Up 21-14 after three quarters, the Redskins lost 45-21.

Shambley, a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army, had no family history of cancer. In January 2009, while watching television, she discovered a lump the size of an extra large egg protruding from her breast. After receiving a diagnosis of Stage 3A triple negative breast cancer at Walter Reed Hospital where she works, Shambley began chemotherapy to shrink the tumor.
