At the end of each season, Stephanie Jojokian, Director and Choreographer of The Washington Redskins Cheerleaders, takes a look at her team's goals and accomplishments as well as her own.
This season, Stephanie has decided to embark on accomplishing a long-term personal goal: earning her Master's degree. Though balancing work, family and classes will be tough, Stephanie believes that she has found the best program to help meet her needs in pursuit of her MBA through Kaplan University.

Since 1984 the Washington Redskins Cheerleaders Alumni Association (WRCAA) has been proudly supporting local and national charities as one of the strongest, most active professional cheerleader alumni organizations in the NFL. This year, the group made it their fundraising goal to reach $30,000 from their team in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. We are pleased to report that they not only reached their goal, they have surpassed it!

Rose Salton was diagnosed with breast cancer in March 2014.
What being an "All-Star Survivor" means to Rose: "Always looking forward, positive attitude. I always believe I will be cured and face each obstacle knowing I'm on the road to victory."
Do you have any advice for women: "Be your own advocate. If you suspect something--pursue it even if test results tell you otherwise. My cancer was nearly missed. It didn't show up on my mammogram or ultrasound."
