MEET MEAGAN SCARBROUGH
I should be WOWs Redskins Ambassador less because of me, and more because of the amazing woman who raised me to be the crazy-obsessed-die-hard-Redskins-loving-freak I am today.
I'm a Redskin, born and bred. My Darrel Green obsessed mother taught me the fight song before my ABC's. This HAD to be entertaining, because as a 3 year old who had trouble with "R's" it sounded a lot more like "Hail to the Wedskins, Hail victo-wee ... Read More

Aside from fitness, traveling is one of my most favorite things to do. Oftentimes vacations or travel for work can be the excuse we need to fall off of our workout regimen. Here is my cheat sheet for ways to continue working out while on the road.
Cheat 1: Try to book a hotel with a fitness center on-site. If a hotel has a gym you're more likely to take an elevator ride downstairs to get in a workout. Check with concierge services about what amenities are available to you.
Cheat 2: Many hotels have ... Read More

- Use a firm mattress instead of a soft mattress
- When sleeping on your back, put a pillow underneath your knees
- When sleeping on your side, put a pillow between your knees
- When sleeping on your stomach, put a pillow underneath your pelvis
- When getting up from bed, roll to your side first, drop your legs over the edge of the bed, and push up with your arms.
- To get into bed, move from sitting on the edge to your side, and then roll over to your back
After weeks of reading through a tremendous number of entries and hearing from so many of our members and the passion they share for the Redskins, we finally came down to one entry. While it was extremely difficult, our panel of judges voted on the top 50 entries and we found that this story really captivated a number of them. Congratulations to our 2016 WOW Pro Bowl Ambassador Michele Bowen!

The new year is here! The start of a new year is a great time to get reenergized with a renewed sense of focus or start in a new direction.
