On Saturday, January 13, 100 WOW members visited the Inova Sports Performance Center at Redskins Park for the New Year, New You Bootcamp with master trainer and health and fitness pro, Deanna Robinson.
Guests went through four different stations where they went through different exercises ranging from circuit training to yoga. Santana Moss joined the group and helped cheer on the ladies and he went through the workout with them.
The ladies wrapped up their day with a discussion about positive new year resolutions and how to make sure their plans make it through 2018.
