Like many women, I run through life wearing a superwoman cape. Balancing time between my four kids, husband, business, myself and girls night outs -- I frequently crave junk food!

But in my superwoman world, sweets are kryptonite.  So, if I ate the junky-funky food, my body would crash and nothing would get finished. If this sounds like you, or if you are just looking for a healthier desert to try at home, this Low-Fat S’more Smoothie was blended especially for you...

Ingredients
1 cup dark chocolate almond milk (or your favorite low fat chocolate milk)
2 graham crackers (8 mini rectangles)
1 tablespoon marshmallow cream
1 cup ice

Directions

1. Break apart 1 mini graham cracker rectangle from the rest and put it to the side.  You’ll be using this to garnish your smoothie.

2. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until fully blended.

3. Place in a glass and top with graham cracker and a speck of marshmallow cream.

Enjoy!
