During Saturday’s victory over the Buffalo Bills, you may have spotted a collection of passionate, female Redskins fans across the stadium -- most notably on the club level enjoying an exclusive WOW party before kickoff, on the field taking part in the pregame ceremony, or along the party decks.
Sprinkled in amongst the diehards however, WOW welcomed some football newbies to the stadium for their first NFL game... ever! Check out Maria's first gameday experience with WOW below. We like to think we've converted her...

The only football I will watch and understand is fútbol. And even then I’m not a big fan of any sport and have only been to maybe 2 or 3 professional games in my life, mostly when I was dating the Mr. You know, just to show that I was interested (hey, we ALL do it!)
He’s a Green Bay Packers supporter being from Wisconsin and all. But our 6 1/2 year stint in the UK left him out of touch with the NFL and he became a big footie fan (soccer) and doesn’t mind a bit of cricket here and there. It’s actually really funny, because his family, especially his mom is appalled. Ha!
This weekend, I had an amazing opportunity thanks to Klout and the Women of Washington Redskins Club(WOW) to not only attend a Washington Redskins vs Buffalo Bills game but GO ON THE FIELD to cheer on the players as they ran in. WOW, WOW, WOW! For a total and absolute (American) football newbie this was just unreal! Also included was access to the WOW Pre-Game Event with open wine bar and food. I know, sweeeeet!
