We will continue our journey to a Healthy Weight for a Lifetimetoday but before we do I would like to review our steps thus far:

Once you have steps 1-4 in place, you are ready to surround yourself with the resources needed to sustain your new healthy habits.
Step 5: Surround yourself with delicious, easily accessible, health enhancing foods.
