Redskins Kids Club Hosts Holiday Party Meet and Greet at Glory Days Grill

On Wednesday, December 12th, over 60 Kids Club members descended on Glory Days Grill in Sterling, VA for a holiday party featuring snacks, crafts, and some of their favorite Redskins players!

Kids Club Members were invited to a private holiday party and meet and greet with current players including long snapper Nick Sundberg, tight end Niles Paul and linebacker Keenan Robinson at Glory Days Grill in Sterling, VA from 5:00-7:00pm.

Members enjoyed a delicious spread of food from Glory Days Grill, including cheeseburger sliders, chicken wings, pizza, veggie platters, salads and more. Everyone satisfied their sweet tooth with delicious holiday cookies and brownies from Harris Teeter.  Members even got in the holiday spirit by enjoying the holiday classic, candy canes.

Many of the kids made holiday reindeer and snowmen at the arts and crafts table. Members participated in a raffle and several of our members were picked to win prizes which included Redskins 2012 Yearbooks and Redskins autographed items.  The autographed items included a Brian Orakpo signed jersey, a Ryan Kerrigan autographed football and an authentic Redskins helmet!

Thank you to everyone who brought a toy to donate to the Redskins Touchdown for Tots campaign benefiting the Toys for Tots Foundation. Over 60 toys were donated by Kids Club Members this year!
